FIVE HISTORIC EVENTS,
ONE GLOBAL TURNING POINT!
History does not always move gradually.
Sometimes, decades of geopolitical tension, economic experimentation, military confrontation, and political division converge into a handful of extraordinary weeks.
WE ARE ENTERING ONE OF THOSE MOMENTS RIGHT NOW!
Between Israel’s elections, the Federal Reserve’s next interest-rate decision, America’s midterm elections, the APEC summit, and the continuing diplomacy among the G7 powers, the world is approaching a series of decisions that could redefine the balance of power for years.
But the biggest development of all is taking place in the negotiations surrounding Russia and Ukraine.
THE POSSIBILITY OF ENDING EUROPE’S MOST DESTRUCTIVE WAR IN GENERATIONS IS FINALLY BACK ON THE TABLE!
After years of bloodshed, sanctions, economic disruption, and military escalation, Washington is attempting to move the conflict toward a negotiated settlement.

On October 21, Vladimir Putin agreed in principle to resume trilateral negotiations involving Russia, Ukraine, and the United States after November 10. American envoy Steve Witkoff’s meetings with Ukrainian and European officials, followed by discussions in Russia, have reopened a diplomatic channel that could eventually address territorial disputes, security guarantees, and Europe’s postwar architecture.
This is not yet peace. The parties remain deeply divided, and the fighting continues. But the strategic significance is enormous.
A credible settlement could transform European defense priorities, energy markets, agricultural trade, reconstruction investment, and relations between Washington and Moscow.
Imagine what happens if the world’s largest military confrontation between Russia and the West begins transitioning from escalation toward economic reconstruction!
Capital that has been directed toward destruction could gradually flow toward infrastructure, energy, transportation, and industrial development.

And there is an even larger geopolitical question: Could a settlement weaken Russia’s dependence on China, fundamentally altering the strategic triangle between Washington, Moscow, and Beijing?
That possibility alone deserves the attention of every serious investor.
-
Meanwhile, Israel heads to the polls on October 27. The election will help determine the country’s security doctrine, regional diplomacy, and political direction following years of extraordinary conflict.
-
The Federal Reserve meets October 27–28, confronting questions about inflation, financial stability, interest rates, and the sustainability of America’s increasingly debt-dependent economy.
You know my opinion: Warsh should RAISE RATES, to bring the end to this inflationary era.
-
Then come the November 3 American midterms.
THESE ARE NOT ORDINARY MIDTERM ELECTIONS!
The results could determine whether President Trump’s economic and foreign-policy agenda retains legislative momentum or faces substantial congressional resistance.
Tariffs, industrial reshoring, taxation, energy production, defense spending, and America’s relationship with China are all exposed to the political consequences.

For investors, this is about much more than which party controls Congress.
It is about the direction of American capital formation.
The next G20 Leaders’ Summit, scheduled for December 14–15, 2026, at Trump National Doral in Miami, could become a defining geopolitical event. Hosted by President Trump, the gathering will address global economic stability, trade, energy, and international security, potentially creating opportunities for Russia–Ukraine diplomacy and a broader realignment of global powers.
And on November 18–19, China’s Shenzhen hosts APEC, bringing the world’s most consequential Pacific economies into the same diplomatic arena.
The potential implications are staggering: trade agreements, semiconductor restrictions, critical minerals, supply chains, and the future of American-Chinese economic competition.

HERE IS THE BIG PICTURE:
We may be witnessing the early stages of a global strategic realignment.
Wars could give way to negotiations. Trade relationships could be renegotiated. Political mandates could be strengthened or weakened. Financial markets could begin pricing an entirely different economic future.
THE NEXT FEW WEEKS ARE NOT JUST ABOUT ELECTIONS, CENTRAL BANKS, AND DIPLOMATIC SUMMITS.
THEY ARE ABOUT WHO WILL SHAPE THE NEXT WORLD ORDER!
